Job summary

CATL is seeking a responsible TPM/maintenance lead to establish and organize the factory TPM system. You will drive central TPM activities, manage equipment life cycles, and coordinate AM/PM, basic equipment management, and training programs.

You will organize spare parts supply, monitor maintenance costs, and audit KPI indicators while leading the maintenance group and guiding departmental planning for the short and long term.

Qualifications

• Establish and organize the factory TPM system.
• Carry out central TPM work and Equipment Basic Management, AM/PM management, Failure Loss Analysis and Improvement, Training.
• Organize Spare Parts Supply and Management, Maintenance Cost Management, system audit and monitoring of departmental KPI indicators
• Organize the maintenance group activities and track the matters of departmental organization meetings
• Manage the whole life cycle of equipment; participate in the formulation of the department's annual, medium and long-term departmental plans and goals.
