Job summary

CATL in Karawang Barat, Indonesia, is seeking a TPM Engineer to establish and organize the factory TPM system. You will carry out central TPM work and Equipment Basic Management, AM/PM management, Failure Loss Analysis and Improvement, and Training.

You will organize Spare Parts Supply and Management, Maintenance Cost Management, system audit and monitoring of departmental KPI indicators, and manage the life cycle of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the factory TPM system.
• Carry out central TPM work and Equipment Basic Management, AM/PM management, Failure Loss Analysis and Improvement, Training.
• Organize Spare Parts Supply and Management, Maintenance Cost Management, system audit and monitoring of departmental KPI indicators
• Organize the maintenance group activities and track the matters of departmental organization meetings
• Manage the whole life cycle of equipment; participate in the formulation of the department's annual, medium and long-term departmental plans and goals.
