Job summary

Asia Pulp and Paper is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Expert to lead maintenance excellence across manufacturing operations in Indonesia. The role drives TPM pillars, autonomous and planned maintenance, focused improvement, and ongoing reliability initiatives to raise OEE and reduce losses.

The candidate should have a strong TPM background, engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, perform RCA, and implement TPM roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or operational excellence with TPM leadership.
• Strong expertise in TPM methodologies and pillar implementation.
• Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, RCA, FMEA, Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Experience conducting TPM assessments, audits, and developing TPM roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TPM strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead deployment and sustainability of TPM pillars across operations.
• Drive AM, PM, FI, and other TPM initiatives.
• Improve equipment reliability, availability, and OEE through maintenance strategies.
• Conduct RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish and analyze TPM metrics: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, costs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure TPM success.
• Lead TPM audits, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes and reduce losses.
• Coach and develop employees to strengthen TPM knowledge.
