Job summary

CATL in Indonesia is seeking a Production Line Operator to oversee daily line operations, operate and maintain equipment, perform inspections, and uphold 5S standards to ensure smooth production flow. You will receive and sort materials according to tasks and status, and collaborate with the team to complete daily production goals.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or equivalent with experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical knowledge, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma from any Major, or High School with minimum 5 year experience
• Have certain cognition and knowledge reserves about machinery and equipment
• Those with working experience in the manufacturing industry will be given priority
• Adaptable to the production environment of the workshop
• Proactive and have good communication skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin Speaker will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the production line, including operating equipment, standardized operations, inspection and maintenance,5S,etc
• Receive and sort out production materials according to production tasks and production status
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure the normal operation of the production line
• Analyze the abnormal problems occurring in the production line and put forward improvement suggestions
• Complete the daily production tasks together with the team
• Complete other special tasks of the team
