PT. Hisense International Indonesia seeks a TikTok Shop Manager to lead and grow our TikTok Shop business in Indonesia, driving sales targets, campaign execution, and strong platform partnerships.

The role requires data-driven decision making, collaboration with marketing, product, and supply chain teams, and a focus on delivering growth across products such as televisions and home appliances.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of e-commerce platform operation experience on Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia with ability to plan annual/monthly goals.
• Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with inventory management, event planning, and livestream operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall TikTok Shop operations and performance against targets.
• Develop sales, promotion, and campaign plans; monitor GMV, traffic, and AOV.
• Maintain relationships with TikTok Shop Account Managers and secure resources.
• Optimize AMS, CPAS, affiliate, and livestream activities; track ROAS and CPC.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and CS teams; ensure smooth campaign execution.
