WE GO TOGETHER (CHAOYUN TECH) is a Tier 1 TikTok Ads Agency in Southeast Asia, seeking a Business Manager to drive local merchant acquisition and ad revenue growth. You will lead the Indonesian sales team, optimize workflows, and coordinate with internal support.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with strong B2B and client development skills. The role requires building long-term partnerships with TikTok teams and local merchants, monitoring market trends, and guiding strategy to expand

Qualifications

• Proven client development experience across overseas media or local ecommerce.
• Excellent B2B business development, prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Strong team leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies quickly.
• Willingness to travel locally with a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard Indonesian TikTok e-commerce merchants and manage portfolios.
• Lead the local sales team and establish standardized sales workflows.
