PT IGOODCO Fashion is seeking a Live Stream Analyst to enhance TikTok Live performance, engagement, traffic, and sales. You will analyze daily streams, monitor metrics, and develop strategies with the host team.

The role requires data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, basic OBS Studio, Canva or Photoshop, and a keen eye for trends. You will turn data into actionable recommendations and contribute to creative live concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Live Stream Analyst, Live Streaming, TikTok Live, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Understanding of TikTok Live systems and characteristics.
• Data analysis capabilities and ability to convert data into applicable recommendations.
• Understanding of live streaming performance metrics and sales indicators.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and analysis.
• Basic understanding of OBS Studio.
• Basic design capabilities using Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Actively following TikTok trends and live streaming strategy developments.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to team.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze TikTok Live performance daily and periodically.
• Monitor live metrics such as viewer count, traffic, viewers retention, engagement, product clicks, conversion, and GMV.
• Evaluate performance of each live session and identify factors affecting live results.
• Provide recommendations and strategies to the host team to increase engagement, retention, traffic, and sales.
• Evaluate host delivery, live flow, product usage, and audience interaction.
• Develop strategies and ideas to increase viewer count and make live more engaging.
• Analyze TikTok trends and competitors as reference for live strategy development.
• Monitor during live sessions and provide direction or strategy adjustments as needed.
• Create routine live performance reports and communicate insights to management.
• Help develop concepts, layouts, visuals, and technical requirements for live streaming
