Job summary

Future Commerce Indonesia is seeking a live stream host to plan and execute TikTok live events in Jakarta. You will collaborate with influencers, manage on-air graphics, and train hosts to optimize engagement.

You will monitor chats, analyze metrics, and prepare post-event reports with actionable recommendations. The role requires English proficiency, at least 2 years in live streaming operations, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

English proficiency (spoken, written and reading) required.
Minimum 2 years in live streaming operation.
Bachelor’s degree from any major.
Familiar with operating live broadcast equipment and able to handle emergencies during live broadcasts.
Excellent communication and teamwork, able to collaborate with anchors and technical/content teams.
Data analysis ability to optimize live broadcast effects based on data.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute TikTok live streaming events.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators for engaging content.
Manage livestream flow, graphics, and provide host training.
Monitor and moderate live chats; encourage participation.
Track and analyze livestream metrics (viewers, engagement, retention).
Provide post-event reports with performance insights and improvement suggestions.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes.
Develop best practices and guidelines for livestreaming.
Coordinate with marketing, creative, and PR to align content with promotions.
