Job summary

Luxfeline Global Technology in Jakarta seeks a proactive Business Development professional to identify and approach brands for TikTok Live Streaming, Affiliate, and Ads services. You’ll build relationships with brand owners and marketing teams, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with creative and ads teams to onboard clients.

On-site in Pluit, Jakarta Utara; Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00; 1–4 years relevant BD/Sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive.
• Strong understanding or interest in TikTok ecosystem and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and capable of cold outreach.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential brands for TikTok Live Streaming, Affiliate, and Ads services.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
• Present company services, proposals, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare basic reports on pipeline, leads, and conversion progress.
