Job summary

TikTok is seeking a result-driven Client Solutions professional in Jakarta to nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions. You will lead cross-functional projects between Global Business Solutions and Global Ecommerce, driving adoption, governance, and strategic insights to maximize client impact.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operations or client solutions, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic operation, business operations, client solutions, analysis, or a related commercial function
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and observations into clear business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in influencing senior partners across teams
• Strong project planning discipline, including timeline management, prioritization, issue tracking, and execution follow-up
• Fluency in English and Indonesian

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate key projects between GBS and GEC teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and timelines
• Adoption & Execution Excellence: Drive project adoption within the Client Solutions Team by building clear rollout plans, stakeholder communication, and execution follow-through
• Insights & Strategic Action Planning: Work with stakeholders to surface commercial, operational, and product insights relevant to the market
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a central connector across sales, client solutions, GEC, and other cross-functional partners
• AI Enablement: Lead AI enablement across the department with priority opportunities, design and deploy AI tools and drive adoption
