Job summary

Mama’s Choice is seeking an Affiliate Executive to grow our TikTok affiliate ecosystem by acquiring, managing, and nurturing creators across video and livestream. You will plan affiliate campaigns, monitor performance, and drive GMV while coordinating with the E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams.

You will manage day-to-day affiliate operations, including sampling, commissions, payments, and reporting, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Creator Management: acquire, onboard and nurture TikTok affiliate creators to drive GMV and content output.
• Affiliate Campaign & Activation: plan and execute creator campaigns and incentive programs.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: track GMV, CTR, CVR and ROI; benchmark against competitors.
• Affiliate Operations & Administration: handle sampling, commission setup, payments and reporting.
• Brand & Cross-Functional Support: collaborate with E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams.
