Job summary

WinnerSumbiri Knitting Factory is seeking an R&D Analyst Supervisor to lead the textile research, testing, and product development efforts. You will plan and supervise laboratory activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative textile solutions.

You will analyze textile materials, interpret data, and prepare technical reports, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement in processes and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D Analyst Supervisor in textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, fabrics, dyes, finishing, and testing.
• Ability to interpret laboratory data and prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the R&D Analyst team in textile research, testing, and product development activities.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate laboratory testing, trials, and R&D projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Laboratory, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of R&D projects.
• Train, guide, and evaluate R&D Analysts to improve their technical skills and performance.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D department.
