Job summary

WinnerSumbiri Knitting Factory is seeking an R&D Analyst Supervisor to lead the textile research, testing, and product development efforts. You will plan and supervise laboratory activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative textile solutions.

You will analyze textile materials, interpret data, and prepare technical reports, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement in processes and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D Analyst Supervisor in textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, fabrics, dyes, finishing, and testing.
• Ability to interpret laboratory data and prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the R&D Analyst team in textile research, testing, and product development activities.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Laboratory, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of R&D projects.
• Train, guide, and evaluate R&D Analysts to improve their technical skills and performance.

Job description

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate the R&D Analyst team in conducting textile research, testing, and product development activities.

Plan, monitor, and evaluate laboratory testing, trials, and R&D projects.

Analyze textile materials, fabrics, dyes, chemicals, and finishing processes to support product development.

Review and validate laboratory test results and ensure accurate data analysis.

Develop and improve textile products based on customer requirements, quality standards, and company specifications.

Identify technical problems related to textile materials, fabric performance, and production processes and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Laboratory, and other related departments to ensure smooth implementation of R&D projects.

Monitor trials and experiments for new materials, fabrics, processes, and textile technologies.

Prepare and review technical reports, test results, and R&D documentation.

Ensure all R&D and laboratory activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Train, guide, and evaluate R&D Analysts to improve their technical skills and performance.

Support continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D department.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D Analyst Supervisor in Textile industry.

Strong knowledge of textile materials, fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and textile testing.

Experienced in laboratory testing methods and textile quality analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to interpret laboratory data and prepare technical reports.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
