Job summary

PT Winnersumbiri Knitting Factory seeks an experienced Printing Supervisor to lead the shift, apply printing technology, and ensure quality across rotary screen processes. You will oversee operators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in efficiency and defect reduction.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in senior supervisory positions within garment printing, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills to support production excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Textile or Chemical fields.
• Strong experience in printing technology is required.
• Experience in rotary screen printing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead operators, make decisions, and control the shift independently.
• Analyze causes of reprocess and reduce printing defects.
• Coordinate with Production, Lab, QC, Color Kitchen, Maintenance and PPIC.
