Job summary

PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk is seeking a Production Planner & Supervisor to coordinate production planning using machines, materials and personnel. Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; able to enter and read Excel data, tables, graphs.
• Willing to work shifts and in a textile environment (hot, noisy, dust).
• Familiar with seven tools and 8 steps of problem solving; Kaizen/Lean knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make production planning including use of machines, materials, and human resources.
• Supervise all production activities to comply with SOPs.
• Ensure production results meet targets.
• Analyze and evaluate all production activities and results.
• Make reports on production results, quality, problems and corrective actions.
