Job summary

PT Citrapata Adhirajasa Jaya, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead the production team and drive continuous improvement on the factory floor. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and optimizing daily operations to meet targets and quality standards.

You will oversee manpower, capacity, and priority management, while collaborating with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth production and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production is required.
• 2–3 years of experience leading a production team is required.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity, manpower, and scheduling.
• Familiar with Time Study, Standard Time, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, and bottleneck analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of quality control and product finishing.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Hands-on on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time and according to quality standards.
• Manage manpower, work allocation, production capacity, and order priorities.
• Monitor the production process from raw materials to finished products.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and establish standard production times.
• Ensure the team follows SOPs, 5S, quality standards, and standard work procedures.
• Reduce rejects, rework, delays, and material waste.
• Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular production reports and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and improve production systems and processes.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and develop Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
