Job summary

PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk is seeking a Production Planner & Supervisor to coordinate production planning using machines, materials and personnel. You will supervise activities to ensure adherence to SOPs and meet predetermined targets, while analyzing performance and reporting on results and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; able to enter and read Excel data, tables, graphs.
• Willing to work shifts and in a textile environment (hot, noisy, dust).
• Familiar with seven tools and 8 steps of problem solving; Kaizen/Lean knowledge is a plus.
