Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in garment manufacturing as supervisor or managerial role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
• High attention to detail and quality control knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans to meet needs and on-time delivery.
• Improve processes to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Supervise and support factory workers, assign hours, and conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Distribute Kanban to the production line based on production needs.
• Coordinate with Team Leader and shipping for daily shipment plan.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-orientedProduction Supervisorto oversee the day-to-day production process, ensuring resources, schedules, and workflows align to produce goods safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Developing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plans to meet production needs and customer on-time delivery.
• Improving processes to meet production targets and customer demands
• Supervising and supporting factory workers, assigning working hours, and handling performance evaluations and training.
• Distribute Kanban to the production line based on production needed
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and shipping team for the daily shipment plan.
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in garment manufacturing as a supervisor or managerial role.
