Job summary

AMERICAN STANDARD INDONESIA seeks a Sales Executive to drive sell-out and optimize distributor relations in Kalimantan. You will analyze data on end-user sales, ensure product displays meet company standards, and support marketing program execution to grow the business.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 2 years in Sales, preferably in Building Materials, with strong data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in Any Education background.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably having exposure in Building Material.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Gmail.
• Strong data analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage sell-out store to end user by analyzing data on sell-out and stock.
• Manage sell-through from distributor to American Standard Priority Club and other stores (analyze sell-through).
• Manage sell-in from LIXIL to distributors (analyze data, payment, shipment).
• Monitor and develop distributor salesmen's skills and product knowledge.
