Job summary

PT Perfect Companion Indonesia Manufacturing is seeking a Sales/Distributor Manager to build strong relationships with distributors, supervise operations, and ensure smooth sales execution in the assigned area. You will drive market penetration in General Trade and Warung Kelontong, manage forecasting and budgeting, and lead distributors and their salesmen to hit targets and KPIs.
