Meratus Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations in Bogor, Indonesia. The role acts as a liaison between HR and business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, focusing on talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with management to translate business needs into HR programs, drive performance management and employee relations, and influence organizational change within a key operational hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology or business.
• 4+ years as HRBP or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
• Experience in employee relations and talent development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Guide employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution.
