Job summary

Qualifications

• High persuasion ability to offer products and negotiate payment schemes or promotion programmes.
• Deep understanding of territory management and routing for efficient daily visits.
• Knowledge of product advantages, pricing, margins for stores, and competitive advantages.
• Attention to detail in recording orders, monitoring payment deadlines, and preparing sales reports.
• Accustomed to working with monthly quantitative targets and able to withstand field pressure.

Responsibilities

• Search for and activate new stores, retail outlets, or accounts in the coverage area
• Conduct routine visits to stores and clients, offer product catalogues, and achieve set sales targets
• Collect purchase orders from stores and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery
• Monitor product availability and stock levels at store level
• Assist with receivables collection and overdue payment processes
• Maintain good relationships with store owners and clients
• Handle complaints related to products or delivery
