Job summary

PT. Distributor Komponen Utama is seeking a capable Tender Administrator to manage government and private tenders. The role requires 3+ years in tender/commercial administration within Oil & Gas or related sectors, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and experience with portals such as SAP Ariba or SMART by GEP.

The candidate should be fluent in English, highly organized, able to work independently and under tight deadlines while coordinating across teams to prepare and submit tender documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tender Administrator, Bid Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or similar role in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or Industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process for government and private sector projects.
• Familiar with preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Good understanding of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
