Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Engineer II, Electrical Systems Technical Tendering to design and deliver UPS solutions for mission‑critical facilities. You will perform load calculations, design N/N+1 configurations, size batteries, and prepare proposals while supporting pre‑sales activities and customer meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in UPS/critical power.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in UPS/critical power/industrial power solutions.
• Experience in solution design or technical sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver UPS solutions for mission‑critical facilities.
• Perform load calculations, capacity sizing, and system architecture design.
• Prepare technical proposals, system drawings, and solution documentation.
• Support pre‑sales activities, customer meetings, and technical presentations.
• Review specifications and ensure project compliance from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, vendors, and customers throughout projects.
• Stay updated on UPS technologies and industry best practices.
