Job summary

PT Putragaya Wahana is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to maintain positive relationships with tenants and coordinate their needs within Thamrin Nine. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, complaints, and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolutions through collaboration with Engineering, Leasing, Marketing, and other departments.

The role focuses on tenant satisfaction, compliance monitoring, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage complaints professionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays or shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with tenants and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, requests, complaints, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve tenant issues promptly.
• Conduct regular tenant visits and maintain communication with tenants.
• Monitor tenant compliance with rules and standards; prepare notices and announcements.
• Support tenant engagement programs and promotional activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on tenant issues and actions taken.
