Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations in Mall Operations, Hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters, inquiries, and requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure a positive and productive partnership
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve tenant issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement
• Assist tenants with store opening preparations, fit-out coordination, and operational requirements
• Conduct regular tenant visits and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions
• Support the implementation of mall events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities involving tenants
• Ensure tenants comply with mall policies, regulations, and operational standards
• Prepare reports related to tenant feedback, complaints, and service performance
• Facilitate communication between tenants and mall management regarding operational updates and announcements
