Job summary

PT Lippo Malls Indonesia seeks a seasoned Leasing Manager to drive tenant mix, secure renewals, and coordinate all leasing documentation.

You will monitor leasing activities, propose area-structuring strategies, and ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in leasing, and strong English communication, with a focus on market insights and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions.
• Able to run reports set by management.
• Ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market.
• Strong customer service and client management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours to prospective tenants for empty spaces and ensure follow-up with tenants nearing lease expiry.
• Monitor leasing department activities including new unit leasing, lease terminations, and transfers.
• Propose strategies for leasing area structure, tenancy mix, and unit pricing for management approval.
• Coordinate administration of leasing documents (LOO, LOI, PSM, LAF, RPT, leasing reports).
• Ensure target revenue and occupancy are fulfilled and the mall area remains leaseable.
• Supervise LOI input into the system and expand the tenant database.
