Job summary

Plaza Indonesia is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee space filling and tenant renewals across assigned floors and projects in Jakarta Pusat. You will drive leasing activities, maintain relationships with tenants, and ensure operational excellence of leasing processes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a mall leasing environment, with a strong focus on sales targets and lifestyle trend awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management/Marketing.
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Mall Shopping Centre with significant experience as Leasing Manager.
• Able to work with sales target.
• Stay updated with lifestyle trend.
• Good attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Fill vacant space on assigned floors/projects per Work/Tenant Mix Plan within the target time frame.
• Renew expiring tenants timely on assigned floors/projects.
• Ensure operational excellence of Leasing business processes.
