Job summary

PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International Tbk. is seeking a Leasing Manager/Tenant Relations expert for a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will manage serviced apartments and commercial leases, perform market research, and support occupancy and revenue targets. Responsibilities include lease administration, move-in/out coordination, tenant inquiries, and cross-department collaboration to optimize tenant satisfaction and long-term occupancy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing lease documents and records.
• Experience in Property Management, overseeing daily operations and coordinating with maintenance and front office teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and demand for data-based pricing and leasing strategies.
• Skills in Resident Retention, focusing on tenant communication, issue resolution, and long-term occupancy initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationships with tenants and partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with lease management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree discipline in Business/Property Management/Hospitality preferred; relevant leasing/tenant relations experience valued.
• Knowledge of local property regulations and leasing practices in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease administration, drafting, reviewing, and renewing lease documents.
• Conduct market research to understand rental trends and support pricing and leasing strategies.
• Manage occupancy targets and revenue planning through effective lease management.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and maintain accurate tenant and lease records.
• Foster tenant satisfaction and long-term relationships through responsive tenant relations and issue resolution.
