Job summary

Pos Bloc Jakarta is seeking a Tenant Relations Associate to act as the primary liaison between management and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective onboarding and issue resolution.

The role focuses on building long-term tenant relationships, canvassing for prospective tenants, monitoring compliance, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver a high-quality tenant experience and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Leasing, Property Management, Hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in canvassing and identifying potential tenants or business partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between management and all tenants.
• Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with tenants through regular communication and engagement.
• Monitor daily tenant operations and ensure compliance with the property's operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support the onboarding process for new tenants, including documentation, coordination, and pre-opening preparations.
• Conduct regular evaluations of tenant performance, operational conditions, and satisfaction, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on tenant activities, complaints, issue resolution, and operational updates.
• Conduct canvassing and proactively identify prospective tenants that align with Pos Bloc Jakarta's concept and tenant mix strategy.
• Support tenant activation programs, promotional campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and property-wide events to enhance tenant performance and visitor experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive tenant experience and maintain high service standards.
