Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Tenant Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for tenants, handling needs, inquiries, and complaints with professional service. You will collaborate with operations, security, housekeeping, and engineering to meet tenant requirements and ensure policy-aligned service delivery.

The role emphasizes supporting tenant programs, maintaining records, and assisting with move-in/move-out processes while contributing to lease renewals and sustained tenant

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communications, hospitality, or management.
• Experience in customer service or tenant relations in retail/mall is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with tenant-satisfaction focus.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Job description

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding needs,
  inquiries, and complaints.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to
  tenants.
• Coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping,
  engineering, and other departments to address tenant needs.
• Ensure building service standards are implemented according
  to management policies.
• Support the implementation of programs and events with
  related team to improve tenant comfort and loyalty.
• Collect and report tenant feedback as input for service
  improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on tenant complaints, requests, and
  follow-ups.
• Maintain an updated tenant database, including contacts,
  contracts, and communication records.
• Assist tenants during emergencies (evacuation, power outage,
  technical disruptions, etc.).
• Provide official communication and guidance according to emergency procedures.
• Assist with administrative processes during tenant move-in and move-out.
• Support lease renewal processes and ensure smooth tenant relations.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communication, Hospitality, or Management.
• Experience in customer service, tenant relations, or hospitality in retail/mall is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong tenant satisfaction orientation.
• Computer literate (minimum Ms.Office and related software).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
