MatchaTalent is seeking a Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) in Jakarta Pusat to support technical and contractual materials used in architectural and engineering projects. You will translate documents and provide professional written and spoken translation between Chinese and Indonesian for company communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Language, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of translation/documentation experience with admin support.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical and contractual documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese.
• Support multilingual meetings by providing interpretation and on-site translation for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting setups, and document prep.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for project teams and external partners.
• Assist project teams during meetings and coordinate with foreign stakeholders.
