Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• 3+ years in a clinical nursing role, with at least 1 year in training or education.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in creating training materials using presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
• Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training methods to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training modules and materials for new and existing nursing staff, focusing on medical procedures and product applications.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for nurses.
• Assess the competency of nursing staff through evaluations and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to identify training needs and integrate best practices into curricula.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains current and compliant.
