You will lead modules, coach nurses, and collaborate with medical and operations teams to keep curricula current with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with valid license.
• +3 years in clinical nursing, with >=1 year in training/education.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in creating training materials using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training methods to diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Develop and update training modules and materials for nursing staff.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching for nurses.
• Assess nursing staff competency through evaluations and practical assessments.
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to identify training needs.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure content remains current.
