Job summary

Solid Group in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Sales Marketing professional to identify and develop new international and domestic customers, manage existing accounts, and promote commodity products through diverse sales and marketing channels.

You will prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders while conducting market research to spot opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and manage client needs.
• Solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
• Training skills to support customers or team members in understanding products and sales processes.
• Relevant experience in export, commodities, or international trade is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
