GreenSM Indonesia is seeking a proactive recruitment assistant to handle outbound calls, introduce driver opportunities, and guide candidates through tests, interviews, and onboarding. You will screen candidates by phone, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the Driver Acquisition team.

This is a 3-month project-based contract with on-site work at GreenSM Head Office, Kemayoran. Immediate joining is preferred.

• Persuasive and able to follow up with candidates consistently.
• Detail-oriented in managing candidate data and documents.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective driver candidates.
• Introduce GreenSM's driver opportunities, requirements, and recruitment process.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and encourage progression to next stage.
• Invite qualified candidates to tests, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
• Conduct initial screening via phone to assess interest and qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in tracking system.
• Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents for recruitment and onboarding.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate conversion targets.
• Coordinate with Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams on candidate progress.
• Perform other admin and recruitment-related tasks.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective driver candidates from provided leads/database.
• Introduce GreenSM's driver opportunities, requirements, and recruitment process to potential candidates.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and encourage them to proceed to the next recruitment stage.
• Invite qualified candidates to attend tests, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
• Conduct initial screening through phone calls to assess candidates' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment status in the tracking system.
• Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents required for the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate conversion targets based on recruitment needs.
• Coordinate with the Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams regarding candidate progress.
• Perform other administrative and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center, Recruitment, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Persuasive, target-oriented, and able to follow up with candidates consistently.
• Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, especially in managing candidate data and documents.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Full WFO at GreenSM Head Office, Kemayoran.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to work on a 3 month project-based contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
