Job summary

GreenSM is seeking a driven recruitment associate to conduct outbound calls to driver candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. You will screen for interest and availability, coordinate tests and onboarding, and maintain precise candidate records.

The role requires a high-volume outreach mindset, strong communication, and teamwork with the Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams. This is a 3-month project-based contract with potential extension, based at GreenSM Head Office,

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, recruitment, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making high volumes of outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective driver candidates from provided leads/database.
• Introduce GreenSM's driver opportunities, requirements, and recruitment process to potential candidates.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and encourage progression to the next recruitment stage.
• Invite qualified candidates to tests, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
• Conduct initial screening through phone calls to assess interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the tracking system.
• Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents for recruitment and onboarding.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate conversion targets based on recruitment needs.
• Coordinate with Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams regarding candidate progress.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center, Recruitment, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Persuasive, target-oriented, and able to follow up with candidates consistently.
• Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, especially in managing candidate data and documents.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Full WFO at GreenSM Head Office, Kemayoran.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to work on a 3 month project-based contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
