Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group, based in Jakarta Selatan, seeks a customer-focused representative to manage customer data, respond to WhatsApp/CRM messages, and conduct inbound sales. The role emphasizes order confirmation, booking coordination, and relationship building to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

You will contribute to sales reporting while working on site, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Indonesian market experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Accustomed to working with specific achievement targets
