Seven Retail is seeking a motivated undergraduate student or recent graduate to assist the Growth team with product research, testing, and customer interactions. You will handle chats, respond to inquiries, and maintain daily reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and a proactive attitude to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth team in new product research and testing.

• Update and maintain daily reports on leads and bookings using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Communicate booking cancellations following the provided SOP.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Growth team.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support the Growth team in new product research and testing initiatives.

• Update and maintain daily reports on leads and bookings using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Communicate booking cancellations following the provided SOP.
