Job summary

Dexa Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to maintain and strengthen regulatory relationships for teleconsultation services. You will ensure adherence to regulations, SOPs, and internal policies while overseeing QC, documentation completeness, and governance reporting.

The role includes monitoring clinical quality indicators, providing performance feedback, and coordinating CAPA actions to mitigate risks. Experience in telemedicine compliance and regulatory affairs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory affairs for telemedicine/healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with SOPs and internal policies.
• Ability to review QC and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Knowledge of CAPA processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies related to telemedicine operations.
• Ensure teleconsultation services comply with applicable regulations, SOPs, and internal policies.
• Oversee QC processes and review consultation records for clinical quality and documentation completeness.
• Monitor doctors’ performance based on quality indicators and patient feedback.
• Provide structured performance feedback and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure completeness and validity of regulatory and legal documents related to teleconsultation services.
• Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare periodic compliance and governance reports to management.
