Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory related to telemedicine operations.
• Ensure teleconsultation services comply with applicable regulations, SOPs and internal policies.
• Oversee QC processes and review consultation records for clinical quality and documentation completeness.
• Monitor doctors’ performance based on quality indicators and patient feedback.
• Provide structured performance feedback and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure completeness and validity of regulatory and legal documents related to teleconsultation services.
• Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare periodic compliance and governance reports to management.
