White Glove Hiring mencari Telemarketing Manager yang adaptif dan berorientasi tujuan untuk memimpin tim Telemarketing. Anda akan merekrut, melatih, dan membimbing perwakilan telemarketing untuk mencapai target penjualan sambil mengoptimalkan funnel strategi dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.

Anda akan bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis, memimpin tim, dan fokus pada hasil dengan menyelaraskan strategi antara pemasaran dan penjualan untuk menjaga biaya akuisisi tetap sehat.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang pemasaran, manajemen bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 4+ tahun sebagai Telemarketing Manager/Supervisor/Lead Telesales Manager atau peran serupa.
• Memahami tren industri terbaru dalam telemarketing dan penjualan.
• Ditingkatkan kerja hari: Selasa–Sabtu.

Responsibilities

• Rekrut, latih, dan pimpin tim Telemarketing untuk mencapai KPI mingguan/bulanan.
• Rancang dan optimalkan proses lead generation dan funnel.
• Bekerjasama dengan Marketing dan Sales untuk penyampaian lead yang efektif dan biaya akuisisi yang sehat.
• Tanggapi pertanyaan pelanggan dan jaga kepuasan pelanggan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We’re looking for an adaptive and goal-driven Telemarketing Manager to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Telemarketing Representatives to meet sales targets while optimizing funnel strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Recruit, coach, and lead the Telemarketing (TMK) team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team.
• Strategy & Funnel Optimization
  • Design and implement effective lead generation processes.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and ensure a healthy cost of acquisition (COA).
  • Analyze funnel metrics and generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for smooth lead handovers and follow‑up.
  • Support campaign initiatives that drive lead quality and conversions.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and long‑term relationship building.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of work experience as a Telemarketing Manager/ Supervisor/ Lead Telesales Manager, or a similar role in the Tele/Sales department
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments
• Working Day: Tuesday – Saturday
