English 1 is seeking a part-time sales consultant to introduce our English 1 product, identify customer needs, build relationships, and help achieve school sales targets.

You will drive sales through telesales and face-to-face interactions, invite customers to our center, provide consultations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a great study experience.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible to introduce English 1 product and understand customers' needs.
• Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers
• Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need
• To describe English 1's learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target
• To fully understand English 1's products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars
• Work with other departments to make sure customers get good study experience
• Develop good relationships with customers and get referrals
• Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales
• Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc

Requirements:

• Part Time Contract
• Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented
• Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure
• Good organizational and English communication skill
• Pleasant personality
