Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a Course Consultant to drive student recruitment for English 1 programs. You will engage with customers through telesales and face-to-face interactions, presenting course options and study plans tailored to individual needs.

You will build lasting relationships, meet monthly targets, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, service, consulting or education is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented.
• Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Introduce English 1 products and understand customer needs.
• Build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.
• Drive sales via telesales and face-to-face interactions.
• Invite customers to English 1 center and provide consultations on courses and study plans.
• Explain English 1 learning process to potential customers and meet sales targets.
• Understand English 1 products thoroughly and comply with sales policies and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure good study experience for customers.
• Develop relationships and generate referrals from customers.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through new student sales.
• Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaigns and sales events like Expo, Open House, school visits, and events.

Job description

Responsible to introduce English 1 product and understand customers need. They have to build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.

Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers

Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need

To describe English 1's learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target

To fully understand English 1's products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars

Work with other departments to make sure customers get good study experience

Develop good relationships with customers and get referrals

Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales

Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc

Requirements:

University graduate, Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent

Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented

Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure

Good organizational and English communication skill

Pleasant personality
