Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a motivated part-time sales professional to promote English 1 products. You will engage schools and families, conduct consultations, and drive monthly sales targets. Strong communication and persuasive selling will be essential to succeed.

You will build relationships, organize marketing activities like expos and school visits, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive learning experience for students and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented.
• Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and English communication skill.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers.
• Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need.
• Describe English 1's learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target.
• Comply with standardized sales policies and participate in ongoing sales training programs and seminars.
• Work with other departments to ensure customers get good study experience.
• Develop good relationships with customers and obtain referrals.
• Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales.
• Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaigns and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc.

Job description

Requirements

Part Time Contract

University graduate, Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent

Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
