Job summary

English 1 is seeking a part-time sales consultant in Makassar to introduce the English 1 program, understand student needs, and drive monthly sales targets. You will engage via telesales and in-person meetings, invite prospects to the center for consultations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a quality learning experience.

The role involves promoting events, building referrals, and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to company policies and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Part Time Contract.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce English 1 product and understand customers' needs.
• Build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.
• Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions.
• Invite customers to English 1 center and provide professional consultations.
• Describe learning process and maintain sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and seminars.
• Develop campaigns and sales events (Expo, Open House, school visits, etc.)
• Develop good relationships with customers and obtain referrals.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through new student sales.

Job description

Responsible to introduce English 1 product and understand customers need. They have to build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.

Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers

Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need

To describe English 1's learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target

To fully understand English 1's products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars

Work with other departments to make sure customers get good study experience

Develop good relationships with customers and get referrals

Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales

Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc

Requirements:

• Part Time Contract
• Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented
• Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure
• Good organizational and English communication skill
