Job summary

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk in Cikande, Banten is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Utility) to maintain production machines and critical utility equipment, ensuring continuous operation and safety compliance on site.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor performance, support modification projects, and manage spare parts and tools, working independently or in a team to uphold quality and reliability in our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (D3/S1).
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance-related experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, water and wastewater systems (advantage).
• Knowledge of spare parts and maintenance tools management (advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Utility) - Cikande

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliability of production machines and utility equipment to support production continuity. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor equipment performance, support maintenance and modification projects, and manage critical spare parts and maintenance tools. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, mechanical engineering, utility, or a similar position.

Good understanding of mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, water systems, and wastewater systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of spare parts and maintenance tools management is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten.
