Job summary

PT Panamed Anugerah Abadi in Jakarta Barat is seeking a service-oriented Electromedical Engineer to install, commission, and train customers on medical devices. You will provide after-sales support, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment verification and testing per standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electromedical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, STR registration, and readiness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electromedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, and repair of medical devices.
• Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required, especially during exhibitions, workshops, or customer events.

Responsibilities

• Perform product presentations, demonstrations, installation, commissioning, and user training for medical devices.
• Provide after-sales technical support, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Conduct equipment verification, validation, and functional testing in accordance with applicable standards.
• Educate customers on the proper operation, care, and routine maintenance of medical equipment.
• Keep up to date with the latest product developments, technologies, and service methodologies.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support product promotions, customer visits, and technical events.
