Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance technician to support production activities and maintenance of Flexo/Digital printing equipment, ensuring availability and adherence to specifications.

The role requires reading machine drawings, knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC systems, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Based in Batam, Indonesia, with English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience as technician in Flexo / Digital printing.
• Experience with Gallus Digital Printer and Label Master preferred.
• Knowledge of electricity, pneumatic systems, mechanics, electronics and PLC.
• Able to read machine drawings.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Operate as technician to support production and services during production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as per scope of work, specifications, and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively and keep them in good condition.
• Execute maintenance work based on asset management procedures and requirements.
• Perform tasks of maintenance planning.
• Analyze maintenance work orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Position Overview:

To support the achievement of production volumes by ensuring uninterrupted supply of production machinery at required parameters in the operation and maintenance, in accordance to standards, policies and procedures, manufacturer\'s recommendation as well as government regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as technician to support production and services during the production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.


• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.


• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.


• Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.


• Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.


• Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.


• Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.


• Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior high school


• Minimum 2 years experience as technician in Flexo / Digital printing, preferably with experiences in Gallus Digital Printer and Label Master


• Understand Electricity, Pneumatic system, Mechanic and Electronic and understanding about PLC


• Able to speak English.


• Can read machine drawing


• Familiar with printing process
