Job summary

PT. Indo Kreasi Grafika in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support production and service activities, ensuring uninterrupted operation of printing machinery and related equipment.

You will perform maintenance planning, troubleshoot PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and ensure compliance with asset-management procedures. Experience with flexo or digital printing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in Flexo/Digital printing.
• Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, mechanical and electronic systems including PLC.

Responsibilities

• Operate as technician to support production, technical services and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Execute projects per scope of work, specifications and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively and keep in good condition.
• Execute maintenance work following asset management procedures.
• Perform maintenance planning.
• Analyze and close maintenance work orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job description

To support the achievement of production volumes by ensuring uninterrupted supply of production machinery at required parameters in the operation and maintenance, in accordance to standards, policies and procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation as well as government regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as technician to support production and services during the production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.
• Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.
• Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.
• Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.
• Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior high school
• Minimum 2 years experience as technician in Flexo / Digital printing, preferably with experiences in Gallus Digital Printer and Label Master
• Understand Electricity, Pneumatic system, Mechanic and Electronic and understanding about PLC
